Looks great on a counter, works well
Pros:
Excellent appearance, one of the few appliances I have out on my counter, get compliments/questions frequently.
Works well (makes a great cinnamon chocolate ice cream!)
Great warranty
Very durable ice bowl

Cons:
Even with a solid freeze of the bowl you'll need to put the ice cream in the freezer for an hour or two afterwards. Just too soft for more than a little taste.
Slightly cheap inner ice cream mixer apparatus (plastic on plastic gears/blades)
Any heavy mixings added towards end still fall to bottom due to soft consistency and poor stirring

So far, so good!
I've only used this once, to make plain vanilla ice cream (following the recipe in the manual), and the ice cream was excellent. Like other machines out there, it is a bit deceiving to think you can have fresh ice cream made in 30 minutes; the reality is the inside container must be frozen for hours before-hand, and many recipes require that the mix be refrigerated for several hours before being made. It is also a fairly loud machine while in use, so I won't be using it when my children are sleeping. The end result, however, is very good.

I've owned this product for over 2 months now & I literally use it 2-3 times a week! Not only does it look amazing on the counter I get so many compliments too. I don't have to hide this product in the pantry, it blends in perfectly in my home and overall an awesome product. I have made frozen Greek yogurt and many different flavor ice creams like butter pecan, mint chocolate chip with Andes chocolate, rosted almond fudge swirl, cookies and cream, French vanilla & chocolate. It takes about 10-15 mins for my flavored frozen yogurt to be at soft serve consistency and about 30-35 for my ice cream. If you leave it in longer for about 40 mins its more thicker and dense. The product does make noise but that's a given since it has a motor it's not silent but not extremely loud. I can have this machine in without having to worry about waking my baby.
If your an ice cream fanatic like me I recommend that after every use to stick it back in the freezer so it can be ready to use whenever...
