Picks up stuff on the bare floor and rugs too. It is always charged and ready to go.

I've been using this product for 10 months now and I love it. The battery life is great for my 1,100 sq foot space. I have 2 cats so I always use the roller and there is plenty of battery life when I'm done. Can't say enough good about this one.
