Did not work
Unknown reason that allowed the tank to leak
Change the o ring also
Put old clamp back on after three try's with new one and it was just fine

Much improved compared to the old ring. Easier to clamp the lids and no sign of water leaks. The instruction were very helpful
Better than my original part
My original was perhaps 7 years old and I like this one much better. It seems to be easier to seal with less tension required.
