Sunbeam Rocket Grill

This Thing Is Awesome!
This is a great Grill! When you are pushed for time and want to 'eat now' it is the best thing! I have only tried grilling fish in it (best for dropping pounds! lol) It only takes a few min. After you season your meats to taste you can smell it around the corner! P.S. the bags can go quick if you use it every day...but shhh don't tell nobody but between you and me...I think you can reuse a bag another time because when I had my timer quit too early I put my bag back in it for a few more min. and thought about that while it finish grilling. lol -I read the reviews about their meats being dry on top and not done on the bottom but you have to read the instructions and learn how to adjust according to the size of ur food u are grilling. The bottom line...you will love this grill!!!

Love this Grill
I love this grill, makes the best burgers, grilled cheese, bonless chicken, grilled asparagus, its fast & easy & to clean up all you have to do is throw away a bag. i bout mine someplace else but i wouldnt buy any other grill. sorry george

ON THE ROAD COOKING!
We've cooked fish fillets, sliced breast of chicken portions and thin-sliced petite steaks in this machine, for starters. We've also cooked pre-made waffles to get that browning/toasty texture rather than microwaved soft waffles. Crisp toast, after buttering can be done, too. When you are on the road 24/7 and want to save money, eat portions of YOUR choosing, know where your food came from and have left-overs if you want it, then this is a good way to go. It isn't perfect; if you over-cook then it will be dry. Pay attention to times recommended for cooking and adjust accordingly to portions of different sizes. It's a pretty easy contraption to use in a big truck. No clean up, for the most part!

Kalorik Indoor/Outdoor Non-Stick Portable Grill, Black

Kalorik GR28215 Indoor/Outdoor Nonstick Carry Grill/Griddle with Glass Lid
ASIN B003DA7TY4 - I want to love this thing, if only because I gave it as a gift and I hate when I give something that isn't awesome. This IS awesome, though it does have one flaw that really bugs me.

I've always hated the Foreman grills. They sell, in my opinion, only because of Foreman's name. They're not new, novel, inventive, unique... and they never were. The day they hit the shelves, I was using a five year old unit much like them, but better. So when I went shopping for an indoor grill and kept running into people pushing Foreman's grills, I was frustrated. Finally, I stumbled across the Kalorik in a store and asked about it, did a little online research and decided to take a chance.

The cooking surface is large, half griddle and half grill, and excess fat drains easily. The lid, which can act as a windbreak and serve as a handle too, is clear glass, making it easy to keep an eye on your food without having to open it all the time, letting heat out. It...

Awesome Indoor/Outdoor Portable Grill!
This little grill is awesome!
I have owned it now for a year and have no problems whatsoever. I absolutely love it. I never really could figure out how to not overcook food on the gas grill, I always left it up to my hubby buit he could never seem to get to it! So I decided to buy a grill that was easy for me to use. I use it both inside and outside all the time. My family and I camp on the weekends and this grill is always thrown in the back of the truck. It is not huge but it is plenty big for my family of four. It is split 50/50, grill/griddle but I have no problems cooking meat on the griddle side. I love that you can grab it and carry it by the handle (just be sure to clean the grease tray before doing this, opps!) It really is easy to clean; you can just throw all the pieces in the dishwasher. I was not sure about the actual grill part, but it says you can and I have not had any problems with doing so. Also very easy to wash by hand. I also love the fact that the lid is...

Sandy's new Grill
This is a wonderful grill. I have a screened in back porch and it is so neat to be able to cook out there. It is large enough for quite a few steaks or chicken pieces, easy to clean, and the glass top is so neat. The electrical is working great, heats up quickly. Great addition to my kitchen tools.

Villaware V2160 UNO ProPress Panini Grill

BEST for sandwiches
I had lusted after this little baby for some time and finally bought it when I found a great deal on it. It makes the most amazing sandwiches, which you can custom-tailor to your tastes. I also used it for a rolled flank steak, stuffed with mushrooms and cut into thick slices. Each slice cooked perfectly at medium heat, although like all steaks, it requires a watchful eye to prevent overcooking.

My experience with vegetables was similarly good. Peppers, onions, eggplant slices all cook in minutes with good result. I have not tried chicken breasts, but from reading the other reviews, imagine that the results will be similar.

One negative: fish can be a tricky business on this grill. I cooked an ahi steak for only a few minutes and it was overdone. I bought a stovetop grill pan specifically for fish after that (well, I confess I do throw a little bacon on it too from time to time).

I am quite satisfied with this panini grill, and love my homemade paninis. I found that a...

Grate Grill
I've had this panini press for 6 months now, and use it at least twice a week. Works extremely well, as advertised. Easy to clean, and stores well, too. It gets verry hot unlike some countertop grills on the market steam the meat. Crispy well marked dinner and lunch entree's. Non-stick coating still shows no indication of wear. This grill looks snazzy too! Makes super panini; the recipes enclosed, (of which I've used 2) are a great guide to the world of hot pressed sandwiches. Next purchase, is a panini and bruschetta cookbook. Overall, very happy with this purchase

Best Countertop Appliance I've EVER Purchased!!!!!!!!!
I love, love, love, love, love this Panini Grill!!! We just bought it two weeks ago and used it nearly every day last week and probably every other day this week and look forward to using it much, much more.

We paid the full price for it through Crate and Barrel (that was a mistake - I know better to check Amazon.com first) and it was well worth the full price, but the price it's offered for here is a great bargain.

I agree with another reviewer in that I think this is a much better quality grill than the George Foreman (which I don't own, but have used at my in-laws). It's sturdy, very easy to clean with the included tool, has a grease catch that can be thrown in the dishwasher, and to top it all off it's great looking and has a latch that allows it to be stored standing on end - I keep mine on my counter top for easy access.

Again, can't say enough good things about this great grill.

Doesn't matter if you're a serious cook, a weekend griller or a microwaver; this...

Sunbeam RG12 Rocket Grill Electric Grilling Appliance

great for burgers and flat items, bags a good idea
I have owned this product for over 6 months. It is awesome. I have yet to have to clean anything. I cook a lot of hamburgers, chicken patties, breasts, fish etc. Everything has turned out great. The bags are a little expensive but the saving in time, paper towels, soap the expense is worth it. I do think this is more a single person's item because there isn't a lot of room in the bags for two chicken breasts etc. I hope when mine wears out they are still making them.

update: Stopped using the grill a long time ago. Main reason was that it flattened(squished) the food a little bit too much. Still buy the generic bags that are cheap on the sunbeam website and use the bags with a grill similar to the George foreman. If they stop making the bags, I will just use parchment paper for ease of cleanup. If I only cooked hamburgers, chicken patties and similar items this would still be a great product but for the room it takes up and the fact that I would need another type of grill...

Rocket Grill
I have had my Rocket Grill for almost a month. I am sure I will be using it a lot. Everything I have cooked has turned out great: chicken - very tender and juicy; steaks, pork chops, pannini sandwiches, hamburgers. I quickly realized that sometimes frozen foods won't work - some pork chops I had frozen were too big to get into the grill until they thawed! I am eating at home more often now that it only takes a few minutes to cook.

easiest grill to use
This is perfect if you want quick burgers, chicken etc that is juicy and not dried out. I can't stop using it!
